Job Summary
The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks, and assisting with software, hardware, and cybersecurity requirements. The role also supports ERP/CRM systems and ensures uninterrupted IT services across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT problems promptly.
- Maintain IT assets and inventory records.
Network Administration
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Configure routers, switches, and network devices.
- Ensure network security and data protection.
Software & Systems
- Install and update operating systems and software applications.
- Support ERP/CRM and other business applications.
- Perform regular system updates and backups.
- Coordinate with software vendors for issue resolution.
Data & Security
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Maintain antivirus software and endpoint security.
- Monitor system performance and implement security best practices.
- Assist in protecting company data from unauthorized access.
Documentation
- Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and system configurations.
- Record support tickets and issue resolution details.
- Prepare periodic IT maintenance and asset reports.
Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and AMC services.
- Support employees during software implementation and upgrades.
- Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for new offices or project sites when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Computer Science.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of databases and cybersecurity.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of cloud services.
- Experience with CCTV, biometric devices, and printers.
- Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.
