Job Overview
O.K. Print & Pack Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified CA Inter professional with 3–6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. The candidate will be responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle vendor payments, customer collections, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation accounting.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements
- CA Inter (Mandatory)
- 3–6 years of relevant Accounts & Finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Experience in Tally, SAP B1, or other ERP systems preferred.
- Manufacturing or Printing & Packaging industry experience will be an added advantage.
