Job Summary:
Responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR operations in a shipbuilding/manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for technical & non-technical roles
- Manage onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, etc.
- Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline
- Coordinate manpower planning with project teams
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HRM (Mandatory)
- Experience: 5+ years (shipbuilding/manufacturing preferred)
- Language: English & Hindi – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and workforce handling
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
