Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to manage and streamline daily operational processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication workflows (including high-volume WhatsApp messaging), maintain data accuracy, and ensure compliance with platform policies to avoid disruptions such as account blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Handle bulk WhatsApp communication processes, ensuring adherence to platform guidelines and avoiding spam/block risks
- Ensure messages are sent in a controlled and compliant manner
- Maintain and update data records with high accuracy
- Monitor data and communication activities to ensure smooth operations
- Support team in reporting, tracking, and analysis of daily work
- Identify basic issues and escalate when required
- Follow company guidelines and operational SOPs strictly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any stream)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business / bulk messaging tools
- Internship or project experience in operations or data handling
