We do not want a designer who stops working whenever a technical or design problem arises. If there is an issue with 3ds Max, V-Ray, plugins, textures, file compatibility, rendering, AutoCAD drawings, artwork, materials, or any other software or technical requirement, the designer should first research and attempt to resolve it independently.
The candidate should be comfortable:
- Searching for solutions online

- Testing alternative workflows
- Identifying the actual cause of a problem
- Communicating problems clearly
- Presenting possible solutions instead of only reporting the problem
- Coordinating with vendors and execution teams to find practical alternatives

The company is open to purchasing necessary resources when they provide a practical and justified solution.
Candidate Profile

- Good understanding of event production and interior execution.
- Ability to independently manage a design project from brief to final output.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable discussing design challenges, timelines, materials, feasibility, and solutions with the team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to dimensions, branding accuracy, functionality, finishing details, and file organization.
- Open to feedback and capable of implementing revisions professionally.
- Self-motivated, responsible, curious, and willing to continuously learn.
- Willing to visit event venues or interior sites for measurements, coordination, and execution understanding when required.
Experience
- Relevant experience in event design, exhibition design, experiential marketing, interior design, retail design, architectural visualization, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates who have worked on both event and interior-design projects will be given preference.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio and practical skills may also be considered even if their formal experience is limited.
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must share a portfolio containing relevant examples such as:
- Event or exhibition booth designs
- Stage, conference, activation, or experiential-space designs
- Residential or commercial interior designs
- Room-wise interior visualizations
- Space-planning layouts
- Furniture or material concepts
- Final 3D renders
