Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Lead and guide the Flutter development team to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Review team members' work and provide technical guidance when required.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and participate in project discussions.
Required Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter Development.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of Firebase and mobile app architecture.
- Knowledge of state management such as Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional attitude and strong team coordination skills.
- Ability to lead, guide, and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently on projects.
