Job Description- Care Manager
Location: Dhakuria, Rashbehari, Behala, Rajarhat Area, Tollygunge
Age: 25 to 40 Years
Qualification: Graduate & above
- Communicate with Elderly Members & their next of keen (Son/Daughter) regularly.
- Should have patience in listening to the elderly people.
- Coordination with Team for specific Care needs through email, WhatsApp and over phone
- Visit to Elders home and understand their needs
- Ability to help and take decision during any emergency hospitalization
- Medicine purchase and delivery
- Organizing Doctors ‘visit at Home or, At Clinic / OPD of Hospital.
- Assist Elders in Non-medical part (Provide emotional companionship to lonely seniors, Help in Bank work etc)
- Travel to all over Kolkata (2 wheelers preferable)
Willingness to work in emergency situation
