Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to design and implement workflows, business rules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript used in ServiceNow development.
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
