Job Summary
Satisfaction Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Line Supervisors for various manufacturing divisions. Candidates with experience in Metal, Panel, Sofa, and Chair Manufacturing will be preferred. The role involves managing production lines, supervising operators, ensuring quality standards, monitoring output, and maintaining daily production reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned production lines and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage operators and shop-floor manpower efficiently.
- Monitor daily production output and achieve line targets.
- Ensure product quality as per specifications and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or production issues.
- Minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Maintain discipline and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports and line performance data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in Metal, Panel, Sofa, or Chair Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and line management.
- Experience in handling operators and shop-floor activities.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
