About the Role
IACG is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Calling Executive – Admissions, Sales & Business Development to drive student enrollments through effective telecalling, counseling, and relationship building. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in admissions, educational sales, telecalling, business development, or customer relationship management.
You will be responsible for engaging prospective students and parents, understanding their educational needs, promoting IACG's programs, scheduling campus visits, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Student Counselling
- Contact prospective students and parents through outbound calls.
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable IACG programs.
- Explain course details, admission procedures, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents throughout the admission process and address their queries professionally.
- Guide students from inquiry to successful enrollment.
Sales & Business Development
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Promote IACG's Intermediate and Multimedia programs to prospective students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and student enrollment.
Tele Calling & Lead Management
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits for prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through phone, website, and digital marketing campaigns.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to improve lead conversion.
- Share feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze call outcomes and recommend improvements for better conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Admissions, Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or Educational Counselling.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Coaching industry is preferred.
- Passionate about student counseling and admissions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
