- Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
- We are seeking a results-driven BDE for our GRC and FRP firm to aggressively expand our market presence and secure new project contracts within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Requires a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally dealing with construction materials, architectural elements, or engineering solutions.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Must have independent transport and a valid driver's license, with complete willingness to travel extensively for field pitching and client acquisitions.
- Proactively identify, map, and approach prospective clients, including main contractors, MEP consultants, architects, and government infrastructure bodies.
- Pitch the engineering and cost benefits of GRC and FRP materials to get our products shortlisted and specified in new project design stages.
- Conduct extensive market research to identify upcoming commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects before they hit the open tender stage.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from generating the initial lead and presenting material samples to final price negotiation and closing the deal.
- Maintain an updated CRM database of all active leads, client feedback, market trends, and competitor pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the internal engineering and cost estimation teams to deliver precise technical presentations and commercially viable quotes to clients.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of repeat business and strategic partnerships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
