A1 SKC Food Product Pvt Ltd is a leading FMCG manufacturer in Tiruppur. We are expanding our team for factory warehouse operations.
Role Summary:
Main job is Data Entry + Stores support. You will handle all stock-related entries in Excel/Tally and maintain digital records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Daily entry of GRN, material issue, stock in/out in Excel/Tally ERP. 99% accuracy must
2. Inventory Records: Maintain digital stock ledger, update bin cards, and generate daily stock reports
3. Stock Verification: Support physical stock count and reconcile with system data. Report mismatches to Stores In-charge
4. Document Management: Scan and file invoices, delivery challans, gate passes. Maintain soft copies
5. MIS Reports: Prepare daily/weekly reports for management - consumption, closing stock, slow-moving items
6. Stores Support: Coordinate with warehouse team for material receipt and issue as needed
Requirements:
1. Education: 12th pass minimum. B.Com/DCA/PGDCA preferred
2. Experience: 0-1 year in data entry, billing, or stores. Freshers with fast typing speed can apply
3. Skills:
- Excellent Excel - VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas must
- Typing speed 30+ WPM
- Tally ERP knowledge is a plus
- Attention to detail
4. Language: Tamil + Basic English for email/reports
