- Counsel prospective clients regarding Goodveda's wellness and Ayurvedic programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, website enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Understand clients' health concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals to recommend the most suitable program.
- Explain program benefits, consultation process, pricing, payment options, and expected outcomes.
- Build trust with clients and convert enquiries into successful enrollments.
- Manage the complete admission process from enquiry to successful enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the medical and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Resolve client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹11,494.95 - ₹37,515.62 per month
