Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, engage prospective learners, and drive registrations for webinars, workshops, and paid training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to guide candidates through the learning and career development opportunities offered by Tayana Academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective candidates through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for AI, Data Science, Full Stack Development, and other technology training programs.
- Explain the benefits of webinars, workshops, and training programs to potential learners.
- Convince candidates to register for webinars and attend introductory sessions.
- Follow up with webinar attendees and convert them into paid course enrollments.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the training and recruitment teams to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of sales and lead generation processes.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
