Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities with our US clients. The recruiter should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of the US staffing process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on client requirements, technical skills, experience, and visa status.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to fulfill client requirements within SLA timelines.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation requirements.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of various employment types including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Understanding of US work authorizations such as US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, H-1B, TN, and OPT/CPT.
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
