Working Hours: This role follows a split-shift structure, with 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Work from Office) and 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Work from Home).
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Freelance Platform Management & Bidding
- Actively identify and bid on relevant projects across platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, and other lead-generation channels.
- Search daily for projects related to Public Relations (PR), Personal Branding, Digital PR, Media Coverage, Reputation Management, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Brand Positioning.
- Analyze client requirements and assess project suitability before submitting proposals.
- Maintain a consistent bidding strategy to maximize project acquisition and business growth.
Proposal Development & Submission
- Create customized, persuasive, and professionally written proposals tailored to each client's requirements.
- Present the company's PR services, case studies, media placements, and success stories effectively.
- Develop pricing strategies and service packages aligned with client objectives.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals to improve conversion rates.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate qualified leads through freelance platforms, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and other business development channels.
- Identify decision-makers, founders, entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses that can benefit from PR and branding services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities.
- Track potential opportunities and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
Client Communication & Consultation
- Handle initial client interactions, requirement gathering, and project discussions.
- Understand client goals and recommend suitable PR, branding, and digital visibility solutions.
- Schedule consultation calls and coordinate with internal teams for proposal discussions.
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
Business Development & Market Research
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client industries to identify new opportunities.
- Identify emerging service demands in PR, media relations, personal branding, and digital marketing.
- Explore new platforms and channels for acquiring clients and generating business.
- Suggest improvements to bidding and client acquisition strategies based on market insights.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on submitted proposals, negotiations, and pending opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status.
- Contribute to client retention and repeat business opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly bidding activities and performance metrics.
- Monitor proposal acceptance rates, lead conversions, and revenue generated.
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to improve win rates.
- Achieve monthly targets related to project acquisition and business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking ability with strong attention to detail.
