DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALISTROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly strategic digital marketing specialist who can drive high-quality admissions through performance marketing. This role goes beyond campaign execution—it directly impacts revenue, admissions pipeline, and brand positioning among HNI, UHNI, and global families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
- Drive high-quality lead generation aligned with admissions goals
- Optimise campaigns for CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
- Build high-intent audience segments (expats, NRIs, premium demographics)
- Collaborate with the admissions team to improve the lead-to-enrollment funnel
- Execute A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Implement robust tracking and attribution systems
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing ecosystems
- Strong understanding of attribution models and funnel optimisation
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting capabilities
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- 8+ years in performance marketing
- Agency experience (premium/luxury brands preferred)
- Experience managing large budgets with measurable ROI

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
