Electronics Technician – Defence & Aerospace

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Technician with strong hands-on experience in PCB soldering and rework, wiring, RF connections, and mechanical assembly. The role involves building and reworking electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Hands-on soldering experience with SMD, through-hole components and XT connectors.
- Experience in PCB rework, including component removal/replacement using soldering and hot-air rework stations.
- Ability to work with small SMD packages; experience with QFN, QFP, SOT and BGA is an added advantage.
- Experience with RF connector soldering/crimping, including MHF4, SMA, N-Type and TNC, with cables such as RG316, RG8X, etc.
- Good understanding of flux usage, soldering temperature/time, heat-shrink layering and proper soldering practices.
- Ability to crimp and assemble JST-GH, JST-XH, Dupont and similar connectors.
- Strong hands-on skills for mechanical assembly, screws, bolts, sealant application and precision assembly.
- Comfortable using a multimeter for continuity, voltage and basic fault diagnosis.
- Ability to identify shorts, continuity issues, incorrect component placement and basic PCB faults.
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical/electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
Preferred Background
Candidates from electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly/rework, UAV/drone, avionics, RF electronics, telecom, defence or aerospace environments are preferred.
Candidates with experience repairing TVs, mobile phones, laptops, GPUs or other electronic equipment will be preferred.
Pay: ₹22,086.00 - ₹35,290.58 per month
