Sales Executive – Retail (Palmonas Store)
Role Overview:
A Sales Executive at Palmonas is responsible for delivering a premium in-store experience, assisting customers in selecting jewelry, and driving sales while maintaining the brand’s aesthetic and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Sales
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry pieces
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
2. Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of Palmonas collections, materials, pricing, and trends
- Educate customers about product care and styling tips
3. Store Presentation
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
- Keep display counters clean, organized, and attractive
- Replenish stock on the floor as needed
4. Billing & Operations
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash/card payments
- Assist in inventory checks and stock management
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Handle queries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally
- Inform customers about ongoing offers and promotions
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion/jewelry and customer service
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Minimum: 12th pass or graduate (preferred)
- Prior retail or jewelry sales experience is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
