Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong background in Data Centre design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring compliance with project BIM standards, managing clash detection processes, and supporting design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The candidate should have hands-on experience working on large-scale mission-critical facilities, including data centres, and possess strong knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination, and digital project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection, and ICT disciplines.
- Manage and maintain federated BIM models for data centre projects.
- Conduct model reviews and clash detection using BIM coordination tools and ensure timely resolution of clashes.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to facilitate model coordination.
- Support design development, construction documentation, and as-built model preparation.
- Review BIM models for constructability, accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinate data centre-specific systems including:
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- UPS Systems
- Generator Systems
- HVAC and Cooling Infrastructure
- Fire Protection Systems
- BMS/DCIM Systems
- ICT and Low Voltage Systems
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and prepare clash reports, coordination reports, and model status updates.
- Manage BIM deliverables, model exchanges, and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
- Assist project teams in implementing BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
- Support quantity extraction, asset information management, and digital handover requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of BIM coordination experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working on Data Centre, Mission-Critical, or High-Tech Facility projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes throughout design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities in Data Centre Projects
- Coordinate complex MEP systems within highly constrained environments.
- Ensure compliance with uptime, redundancy, and reliability requirements.
- Support coordination of Tier III and Tier IV data centre infrastructure.
- Manage multidisciplinary coordination for high-density services and equipment layouts.
- Ensure models support construction sequencing, installation planning, and asset management requirements.
- Coordinate BIM deliverables for commissioning and handover documentation.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
