Job description
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor labor productivity and allocate tasks effectively.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and attendance records.
- Take site measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
- Maintain records of work progress and payment details.
- Time management and problem-solving
- Verify completed work quantities for billing purposes.
