Job Summary
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for computer systems, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Configure and manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights.
- Install and update antivirus software and security patches.
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve system performance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide technical assistance to employees and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Set up workstations, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Pay: ₹8,836.61 - ₹22,000.00 per month
