STORE IN-CHARGE (REAL ESTATE)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store In-charge to oversee inventory management, material handling, stock control, and ERP operations for ongoing real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory systems, and store operations to ensure seamless project execution and effective material management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily receipt, issuance, and recording of materials through Highrise ERP.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates.
- Conduct daily stock verification and monitor material availability.
- Perform weekly physical stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Track material wastage and maintain proper documentation, including photographs.
- Issue materials as per approved project plans and ERP-generated indents.
- Raise material indents based on project requirements and available stock.
- Coordinate with the purchase department regarding defective, damaged, or non-conforming materials.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of Mivan materials and construction inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of all materials.
- Prepare inventory reports and submit regular updates to management.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, delays, and excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Highrise ERP.
- Good understanding of construction and real estate materials.
- Knowledge of stock auditing, material reconciliation, and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in store management within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Experience as a Store In-charge, Store Executive, Inventory Controller, or Store Manager.
- Hands-on experience in handling Mivan construction materials will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Pay: ₹43,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
