Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business for ferrous alloys and metallurgical products across foundry, steel plants, and metallurgical industries.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients; ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for ferro alloy product lines.
- Conduct market research to identify demand trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks for ferrous alloys.
- Prepare and deliver technical-commercial presentations and product proposals to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the procurement/import team to ensure product availability and timely bulk order fulfillment.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policy and profitability targets.
- Track order execution, logistics, and delivery timelines in coordination with the operations team.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM data, and forecasts for management review..
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of ferro alloys / metallurgical raw materials ,Titanium.Vanadium
- Proven track record in B2B industrial sales, preferably in foundry, steel, or metallurgy-related segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools for sales tracking and reporting.
Experience
· 2–8 years in Chemical, Ferro Alloys, Steel, Metals, or Industrial Product Sales.
· Experience in B2B industrial sales is preferred.
