Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Set machine parameters, tools, and work offsets as per job requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Monitor machining operations and make minor adjustments when required.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Report machine malfunctions and production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection techniques.
- Understanding of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, Production Engineering, or related field.
Pay: ₹9,190.70 - ₹29,726.29 per month
