About the Role
We are looking for a Creative & Ideas-Driven Content Writer who can turn concepts into engaging content for our Beauty, Fashion & Retail academies.
If you are someone who constantly thinks of new ideas, creative hooks, trending content formats and engaging storytelling, this role is for you.
You should also be comfortable using AI tools to research, brainstorm, improve and create content faster and more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Create creative and engaging content for Beauty, Fashion & Retail audiences.
Develop Instagram Content, captions, ad copies, scripts and campaign content.
Generate fresh content ideas based on trends, audience behaviour and campaigns.
Write strong hooks, headlines, CTAs and storytelling-based content.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to develop campaign concepts.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content/creative AI tools for research, ideation and content development.
Adapt content according to different audiences, platforms and business objectives.
Understand brand communication and maintain a consistent tone across all three sectors.
Support promotional campaigns, workshops, events and academy-related communication.
What We’re Looking For
Creative thinking is a must.
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Ability to come up with new and unconventional content ideas.
Good understanding of social media content and current trends.
Comfortable working across Beauty, Fashion and Retail sectors.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and ideation.
Ability to convert simple ideas into engaging scripts and content.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Prior experience in social media, advertising, education, fashion, beauty or retail content will be an advantage.
