With 2.5+ lakh health transactions, MedoPlus operates clinics across Barabanki (Ramnagar, Suratganj, Dariyabad, Tikaitganj), offering OPD, pharmacy (PHARMACY WORLD) lab tests, insurance, health loans, Ayushman services, and eye care (EYE WORLD).
Each clinic is supported by trained staff and a network of 25+ village-based MedoMITRs. MedoPlus is a recipient of FICCI Healthcare Excellence Award 2024, Sankalp Award 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation Award 2023. The organization aims to scale to 100 clinics across India in the next 3 years.
Job Summary
The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the clinical, operational, sales, leadership, and soft skills of all MedoPlus employees, ensuring continuous learning, SOP compliance, and improved organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and execute the annual Training & Development calendar based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
· Conduct clinical training for Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Optometrists on clinical protocols, patient care, quality, compliance, and SOPs.
· Deliver operational training on clinic processes, digital systems, documentation, quality standards, and customer experience.
· Conduct sales training for Sales Teams, Medo MITRs, Clinic Staff, and Business Development teams on customer acquisition, conversion, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
· Deliver leadership development programs for Managers, Team Leaders, and senior staff.
· Conduct soft skills training on communication, customer service, teamwork, time management, and professional behaviour.
· Develop training content, SOPs, presentations, assessments, and induction programs.
· Measure training effectiveness, maintain training records, certifications, and MIS reports.
· Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and implement development plans.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
· MBA/MHA or Learning & Development certification preferred.
· 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in healthcare or retail pharmacy.

The Training Manager will ensure that all employees—including Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Optometrists, Sales Teams, Medo MITRs, and Leadership Teams—are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to deliver high-quality healthcare services and achieve business objectives.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
