About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, generating business leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in expanding the company's market presence in the recycling and wiping materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote the company's products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Must be a resident of Ahmedabad.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, manufacturing, recycling, or related sectors will be preferred.
