About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Human Resource - Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in recruitment (key task) in SEO, Sales & marketing, employee relations and to run basic HR operations. Candidates having worked in ECommerce, Fashion & Apparel vertical will be preferred. This position is based in Noida, Sector 62, and is an immediate hire to join an innovative team.
- IMMEDIATE HIRE (A MUST)
- Candidate must have good COMMUNICATION skill (Must have)
- Salary: Rs 6.12 L (CTC) to Rs 7.56L (CTC) per year, plus ESOP & Incentive for a successful hire. Increment (Base) every 6 months based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Focued hiring in SEO, Sales & Marketing in Fashion, Apparel, ECommerce verticals.
- Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives (basic).
- Foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee queries and ensure compliance with HR regulations (basic).
