Job Purpose
The Stores Executive is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate stock records, timely availability of supplies, and compliance with company procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of all materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles for inventory movement.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Material Issue & Control
- Issue materials against authorized requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase team for timely replenishment.
- Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and material wastage.
- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, and returns.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock reports, and inventory registers.
- Maintain records of invoices, challans, and material movement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and inventory controls.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase, Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for material requirements.
- Liaise with vendors during material receipt and discrepancy resolution.
Housekeeping & Safety
- Maintain the store in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Ensure proper storage of perishable, consumable, and engineering items.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and security procedures within the stores.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores or Inventory Management, preferably in hotels, clubs, resorts, or hospitality establishments.
- Knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
