The Project Manager role at Namaste Cure is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing end-to-end medical travel projects for international patients. In this role, the Project Manager coordinates with healthcare providers, logistics partners, and internal medical teams to ensure timely execution of treatment plans and associated travel arrangements. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, tracking milestones, expediting critical activities, and monitoring patient journeys from pre-travel consultation through treatment and post-operative recovery. The Project Manager also handles documentation, inspection of service quality, and resolution of operational issues to maintain high standards of safety and patient satisfaction.
Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, proactive communication with patients and families, and continuous process
improvement are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to accelerate critical tasks, manage priorities, and ensure on-time delivery of services.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate travel, accommodation, hospital scheduling, and related support services.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review documentation, verify service quality, and ensure compliance with clinical and operational standards.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in healthcare or medical tourism, familiarity with international patient coordination, and knowledge of clinical workflows.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and use digital tools for project tracking and communication.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,133,647.97 per year
