Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, conduct site visits, and support customers throughout the sales process while achieving business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities through calls, references, campaigns, and field activities
- Contact prospective customers and explain project details, pricing, and benefits
- Conduct site visits and provide property presentations to clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful bookings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end sales support
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and customer onboarding
- Negotiate and close property deals professionally
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Fresher / Any experience can apply
- Real Estate sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer handling and relationship management skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated approach
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
