Job Summary
The Associate Enrollment & Eligibility Representative (Medicare and Retirement, US Health care) is responsible for accurately processing and maintaining member enrollment and eligibility information. The role supports member access to healthcare services by ensuring enrollment transactions are completed timely and in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Process new member enrollments and eligibility transactions.

Update and maintain member records in internal systems.

Verify member eligibility and enrollment status.

Process changes, corrections, and member data updates.

Respond to standard inquiries related to enrollment and eligibility.

Support inventory and workflow management activities.

Ensure compliance with CMS, regulatory, and business requirements.

Maintain quality, accuracy, and turnaround-time standards
Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
