Job Title: Research Data Associate
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Data Associate to support research projects by collecting, validating, organizing, and analyzing data. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, maintain research databases, prepare reports, and collaborate with research teams to generate meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and maintain research data from multiple sources.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Perform data entry and quality assurance checks.
Organize and manage research databases and documentation.
Conduct basic statistical analysis and summarize findings.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on research outcomes.
Support survey design, questionnaire validation, and data collection activities.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for data requirements.
Assist in literature reviews and secondary research when required.
Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation of research methodologies and datasets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in research, data management, or analytics.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
