Positon: Social Media – Executive
Company looking for : Someone who spots a story, creates content on the spot, and knows how to build a brand organically on social media.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation and management
Location : Bellandur, Bangalore , Karnataka
Working days & Working Hours: 6 Days(2nd & 4th Sat Off) & 9:30am - 6:30pm
Roles & Responsibilities :
Ideate and create fresh, engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms — independently and consistently
Go on-site to our project locations, interact with people, and capture real, authentic content (reels, stories, posts, behind-the-scenes)
Own the organic social media calendar — plan, create, post, and monitor
Build and grow our brand presence organically across all platforms
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community
Constantly track social media trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
Monitor performance metrics and refine content strategy based on what works
Skills required:
A go-getter — self-driven, proactive, and full of ideas
Strong sense of visual storytelling — knows what looks good and what gets engagement
Comfortable going on-site, speaking to people, and creating content in real environments
Proficient in basic content creation tools — Canva, Reels editing, CapCut, or similar
Understands organic brand building — not just posting, but building a community
Young, dynamic, and genuinely passionate about social media
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
