Job Description

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.
- Update customer records and interaction details.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 1+ Year of International Voice Process Experience (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
