We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Incharge to manage warranty claims, ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and coordinate with service and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, automotive knowledge, and experience in warranty processing within a dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end warranty claim processing as per manufacturer standards (Hyundai guidelines).
- Verify and validate warranty claims before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for proper documentation and approvals.
- Monitor claim status and follow up for approvals and settlements.
- Maintain proper records of warranty claims, rejections, and resubmissions.
- Analyze warranty data and identify trends, repeat failures, or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with OEM policies and audit requirements.
- Handle warranty audits and resolve discrepancies raised by the manufacturer.
- Train service staff on proper warranty documentation and procedures.
- Minimize claim rejections through proactive checks and quality control.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, ITI (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in automotive warranty or service operations.
- Good knowledge of Hyundai warranty policies (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
