Job Description
We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research and ad copy optimization
- Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting
- Track conversions and improve ROAS & CPL
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Identify scaling and optimization opportunities
- Manage multiple client accounts
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform and campaign structure
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
Experience
- Freshers with strong Google Ads knowledge can apply
- 1 to 3 years of experience preferred
