Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Officer to handle plant security operations and ensure safety within the premises. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring security activities, maintaining entry-exit records, supervising guards, and ensuring smooth security operations at the plant.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall plant security and safety activities.
- Maintain proper entry and exit records of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Supervise security guards and shift activities.
- Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Handle gate management and visitor verification.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities.
- Ensure discipline and security compliance within plant premises.
- Coordinate with management during emergencies or incidents.
- Prepare daily security and incident reports.
- Ensure smooth security operations during day and night shifts.
- Support management in maintaining workplace safety.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of security operations
- Good observation and monitoring skills
- Discipline and responsibility towards duties
- Basic reporting and documentation knowledge
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in plant/factory security preferred
- Experience in Iron & Steel / Manufacturing Industry preferred
- Retired defense/security personnel can also apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
