About the Role
We're hiring a proactive Lead Generation Specialist based in India to identify high-quality prospects, source accurate contact information, and deliver well-organised lead lists our sales team can act on immediately. Ideal for someone who takes pride in data quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospects matching our target profile using sales intelligence platforms
- Source and verify accurate contact details (emails and phone numbers) for each prospect
- Build and maintain clean, structured lead lists in Excel for the sales team
- Ensure data consistency — no duplicates, outdated contacts, or incomplete records
- Refine targeting criteria based on sales team feedback and hit lead targets
Key KPI’s
- Databases per day 45
- Accuracy >96%
- Platform usage – Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Google company websites etc tracker
- Better Filtering logic
- Excel quality 100% clean – Full name, job title, mobile number, company name, company website, linkedin, email
- Turnaround – Daily submission by agreed cutoff time
Requirements
- 2+ years in lead generation, sales research, or a similar data-focused role for US and Middle east
- Hands-on experience with sales intelligence platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — able to build clean, well-formatted spreadsheets independently
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivated — comfortable working in a remote setting
- Good written English for communication with the wider team
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM systems Zoho
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and what makes a quality lead
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
