The Training Lead will be responsible for leading the training workstream for an SAP ECC Consolidation project This role will manage a small training team execute training content development based on provided references and support virtual end user training sessions The role requires hands on SAP system navigation skills strong training content development expertise and the ability to coordinate effectively with US based stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Training Leadership Management
Lead and manage a project specific training team of 3 members ensuring timely and high quality delivery of training assets
Assign tasks review deliverables provide guidance and be fully accountable for training outcomes
Act as the single point of contact for training related activities within the project
Training Execution Content Development
Develop and maintain training materials using existing reference documentation focusing on accurate execution rather than training strategy design
Create high quality training collateral including
PowerPoint presentations
Word and Excel training documents
Step by step user guides
System screenshots
Short training videos demos using available or standard tools
Ensure materials are role based easy to understand and aligned with SAP ECC processes
SAP System Functional Understanding
Navigate SAP ECC systems hands on to
Capture screenshots
Record demos
Validate training steps
Demonstrate awareness to medium depth SAP functional understanding varying by subject area
Collaborate with functional leads to clarify processes and confirm accuracy of training content
Training Delivery Support
Support virtual end user training sessions across multiple business roles
Assist facilitators during live sessions including
oSystem navigation
oQA support
oIssue triage related to training materials
Limited involvement in go live or post go live support
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with US based client stakeholders operating in the EST time zone
Coordinate with SAP functional teams project management and business SMEs to align training deliverables with project timelines
Work Timings
Shift 230 AM IST to 1100 AM IST
Working with client stakeholders located in the USA EST
Skills Experience Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications Experience
Overall Experience 8 years recommended
SAP Project Experience Minimum 4-6 years in SAP related training or enablement roles
Proven experience in
oTraining content development for enterprise systems
oSAP end user training support
oManaging and leading small teams
Strong hands on capability in
oSAP ECC system navigation
oCreating process based training materials
Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
