Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of cloud and DevOps projects.
This role will coordinate between clients and engineering teams, track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth delivery of AWS and infrastructure projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone with technical curiosity and interest in cloud and DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Track progress of AWS and DevOps projects
- Maintain project timelines and task boards
- Coordinate work between engineering teams
Client Communication
- Schedule and manage client meetings
- Send weekly project updates
- Follow up on action items and dependencies
Delivery Tracking
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines
- Identify blockers and escalate when required
- Coordinate deployments and infrastructure changes
Documentation
- Maintain project documentation and runbooks
- Record meeting notes and technical discussions
- Prepare internal and client-facing reports
Managed Services Coordination
- Track support tickets and SLA commitments
- Coordinate with engineers for incident resolution
- Maintain operational dashboards
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or IT operations
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD concepts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Exposure to AWS, DevOps, or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, GitHub, or Notion
- Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into tasks
