The HR Trainee/Front Office Executive is responsible for managing front-office operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and employees. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR functions such as sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records. This position requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to handle a variety of responsibilities effectively.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Sourcing profiles from job portals
- Greet and welcome guests as they visit the office
- Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor while interacting with guests, clients, and employees
- Handle queries and address complaints
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a filing system for all required documents
- Maintain a visitor logbook

Schedule and conduct interviews
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skills in English (both written and interpersonal)
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
