Senior Backend Developer What you’ll do
- Design and build high-performance Node.js microservices
- Work on real-time systems using WebSockets (Socket.io)
- Build scalable systems using PostgreSQL + Redis
- Implement and maintain queue-based workflows
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams
- Own features end-to-end and ensure reliability in production
- Interact directly with clients when required
Must-have skills
- Node.js + Express in production
- Experience with RabbitMQ or BullMQ (at least one queue system mandatory)
- PostgreSQL (queries, indexing, performance tuning)
- Redis (caching, pub/sub, real-time state)
- Microservices architecture
- Real-time systems (WebSockets/Socket.io)
People & delivery expectations
- Experience working in large engineering teams
- Client-facing project handling experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to own problems, not just write code
Experience
- 4+ years backend experience
- At least 3 years with Node.js
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
