This position will work within our Global Employer Services (GES) on our tax technology team. As part of this team, you will collaborate with the product engineering teams and GES Business leader(s) to design new processes/products and improve existing ones and provide world class digital experience to our clients and customers. You will also assist in our efforts to implement the product design process by incorporating latest industry standards.
Work you'll do
As a Service Delivery Enablement, Senior on the Global Employer Services – Process Technology Team team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing integrations that enable digital solutions, including application programming interfaces, data pipelines, extract transform load and extract load transform processes, and scheduled jobs
- Partnering with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate current-state processes into future-state workflows and integration requirements
- Driving process improvement and automation efforts to reduce manual activities and improve operational efficiency
- Defining and monitoring operational key performance indicators, reporting cycles, and impact tracking for integration-enabled processes
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including data flows, interface specifications, standard operating procedures, and support runbooks
- Collaborating across teams to manage dependencies, support adoption, and resolve issues during process and technology transformation
The team
Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”) commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines and regions have obtained support services through Deloitte Tax in India.
We provide support through the tax transformation taking place in the marketplace. We offer a broad range of fully integrated tax services by combining technology and tax technical resources to uncover insights and smarter solutions for navigating an increasingly complex global environment.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
- Experience with structured query language and extract transform load or extract load transform concepts, including data quality checks, reconciliations, scheduling, and error handling
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and integration patterns
- Experience improving process performance through automation, controls, or simplification initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Experience defining or monitoring operational metrics, reporting cycles, or impact tracking
- Experience creating technical documentation such as data flows, interface specifications, standard operating procedures, or support runbooks
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on process or technology implementation efforts
Preferred:
- Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other process excellence methods
- Experience with workflow tools, scripting, or job orchestration
- Experience supporting production integrations, including incident triage or support models
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or an industry-recognized professional certification
