Full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, interviewing, negotiating salaries, and closing candidates—while navigating US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa requirements (H1B, TN, E3).
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Utilizing job boards (Dice, LinkedIn), networking, and ATS platforms to find qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening & Assessment: Evaluating candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for US company cultures.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the process from initial outreach through to on-boarding, ensuring a smooth experience.
Client Collaboration: Working directly with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and project needs.
US Market Expertise: Understanding US tax terms (W2/1099/Corp-to-Corp), labor laws, and immigration requirements.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating salary, rates, and benefits, as well as managing the offer letter process.
