Job Title: QS, Billing & Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a QS, Billing & Estimation Engineer to manage quantity surveying, contractor billing, client billing, cost estimation, and cost control activities for high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate quantity measurements, timely billing, budget monitoring, and project cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveying
- Prepare and verify BOQs based on drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
- Monitor material consumption and project quantities.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and work execution quantities.
Billing
- Prepare and process contractor and subcontractor RA bills.
- Verify work completed on site before bill certification.
- Prepare client bills as per project progress.
- Maintain billing records and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with site, accounts, and project teams for billing approvals.
Estimation & Costing
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Conduct rate analysis for various construction activities.
- Assist in tendering and contract finalization.
Cost Control
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare cost reports and project MIS.
- Track change orders, variations, and additional work claims.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Support management with project cost analysis and forecasting.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–10 years of experience in QS, Billing, and Estimation for high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and billing/estimation software.
- Understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and tendering processes.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential and commercial high-rise construction projects.
- Exposure to contractor billing, client billing, and cost control systems.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
