Business Developers required for Solar EPC
a. Senior BUSINESS DEVELOPER – SOLAR EPC
i. A Solar business development job involves generating business leads, prospecting, following-up and closing the deal for solar power projects independently.
1. Need to have experience in Large Scale Private and Public limited companies, especially following up with Private/Govt bids/tenders, liaising and applying to them could form a significant responsibility. Rooftop & Ground Mounted Projects
OR
2. Have experience in Warehouse / Logistics company , large scale projects and experience in 250kw, 500kw and over 1000 kw project sizes. Rooftop Projects
ii. We expect the BD professional to come in with his/her skillset and client base and can show results owing to his/her experience forthwith. Procurement of projects & closure with new clients is the key along with consistent deliverables under high pressure environment to achieve targets set forth my the management from time to time.
b. Job Description At its core, a business development job focuses on 3 main activities:
i. Customers – Find new ones and derive more value from existing ones
ii. Markets – Figure out where new customers live (in terms of both geography and buying mindset) and find a way to reach them
iii. Relationships – Build and leverage relationships founded on trust and integrity to facilitate opportunities
c. Depending on the specific position and role, your job will involve some or all of the following:
i. Collate the estimates of existing regional market potential for rooftop/captive solar projects
ii. Prepare sales/revenue forecasts and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.
iii. Analyze sales and industry data, market trends, and the impact of changes in external and review the sales plan as necessary.
iv. Manage the sales process for tenders and direct sales to analyze margins or reasons for lost orders.
v. Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales.
vi. Provide/ organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.
vii. Ensure prompt follow-up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution, etc.
viii. Work with partners, vendors, company’s engineers, and program managers to ensure customer’s needs are met.

i. Should be willing to travel pan India.

iii. Ability to work in a demanding environments
iv. Minimum 5 years of Solar EPC Sales and Business Development experience is a must.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
