Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in VRF/VRV systems, package units, AHUs, FCUs, ducted systems, ventilation systems, and split air-conditioning units.
- Lead commissioning and testing of newly installed HVAC systems.
- Analyze system performance and recommend energy-efficient improvements.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.
- Supervise service technicians and provide technical guidance during field operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain inventory of service tools, equipment, and critical spare parts.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) execution and emergency service calls.
- Coordinate with project, sales, and procurement teams for technical support and spare requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training to junior engineers and technicians on troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, psychrometrics, electrical controls, and HVAC automation.
- Valid driving license (preferred, if field service is required).
