- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage and expand the customer base in the assigned area.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and team management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in a managerial role.
